(Bridleway UU-508, Upton upon Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 18 August 2016 the effect of which is to close that part of Bridleway UU-508, Upton upon Severn from OS grid ref 384796 242435 to OS grid ref 384650 242068 which was due to expire on 25 February 2017 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 26 August 2017 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made to facilitate the construction of an aggregate wharf. Alternative route: is via the unaffected northern part of Bridleway UU-508, Upton upon Severn, Bridleways EA-546 & EA-547, Earls Croome, Bridleways RP-505 & RP-506, Ripple, the A4104 and the southern unaffected part of Bridleway UU-508, Upton upon Severn and vice versa.
(C2260 Madresfield Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2260 Madresfield Road, Malvern, from its junction with Lansdowne Terrace to its junction with Greenhill Drive in orderto facilitate gas works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - B4208 Pickersleigh Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 13 February 2017.
(U63106 Thirlstane Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of U63106 Thirlstane Road, Malvern, from its junction with U63110 Court Road to its junction with U63105 College Road in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - U63105 College Road, U63103 Priory Road, U63111
Woodshears Road, U63110 Court Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 weeks: Commencing:
13 February 2017.
(C2232 Graham Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date ofthis Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2232 Graham Road, Malvern, from its junction with U63219 Moorlands Road to its junction with A449 Worcester Road in order to facilitate footway reconstruction works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A449 Worcester Road, U63219 Moorlands Road, C2232 Graham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (within a 3 week period): Commencing: 3 March 2017.
(U63111 Woodshears Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date ofthis Notice, to make an Order to close thatpart ofU63111 Woodshears Road, Malvern, from its junction with U63103 PrioryRoad to its junction with U63110CourtRoad in order to facilitate carriageway re-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U63110 CourtRoad, U63114 Clarence Road, U63103 PrioryRoad and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 4 week period): Commencing: 4 March 2017.
Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on B4232 West Malvern Road, West Malvern]
Worcestershire CountyCouncil are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in West Malvern:
B4232 West Malvern Road (west side) from apoint90metres south ofits junction with Noble View for a distance of 6.6 metres in a southerly direction (outside
No. 100).
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy ofthe draftOrder, relevant plan and StatementofReasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Community Safety and Resilience Manager, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 3AF, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
