Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under it's relevant powers, have made the U65030 Delamare Road, Tedstone Delamere, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to
temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road : U65030 Delamare Road from The Gleebe to 160 meters south of The Stonehouse
05 Grid Ref: 368982/258734 to 369317/258494. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4302 onto the A44 onto the U65035 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the replacement of water mains and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 20th February 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 6 weeks.
