Berkeley Flow Gauging Station
The Environment Agency gives notice that it proposes to carry out improvement works to the flood defences on Berkeley Flow Gauging Station, Little Avon River, Berkeley Kennels, GL13 9QH (NGR ST6824898729). The proposed improvement works will involve the following: Design and build required bank stabilisation works to repair and protect the damaged left hand bank. Review the condition and residual life of the right bank concrete retaining wall and recommend a preferred repair option. The Environment Agency considers that the improvement works are not likely to have significant effects on the environment and does not intend to prepare an environmental statement in respect of them. The works information is available for review by appointment with the project manager at the address below. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the likely environmental effects of the proposed improvement works should do so, in writing, to the address specified below, within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.
