(WATFORD CENTRAL AREA AND WEST WATFORD) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2010 (AMENDMENT) (18) ORDER 2017 WATFORD COUNCIL NO. 815 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Watford Borough Council, acting as agent for Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve road safety and prevent obstruction to the free flow of traffic, has made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce new No waiting at any time restrictions in parts of Beechwood Rise, George Street, Kilby Close, Crown Passage and Benskin Road.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Watford Borough Council, acting as agent for Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve road safety and prevent obstruction to the free flow of traffic, has made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce new No waiting at any time restrictions in parts of Beechwood Rise, George Street, Kilby Close, Crown Passage and Benskin Road.
A copy of the Orders which comes into operation on 15th February 2017 once the signs and lines are in place may be examined during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX.
General enquiries relating to the proposals should be referred to Jennifer Yeboah on Tel. 01923 226400 or email developmentcontrol@watford.gov.uk. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders, or of any of the provisions contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within 6 weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
