Application Number: 2017/29543 Proposal: Full Planning - Proposed Erection of 4No Trade Counter Units (B1 c & B8) & 1 No Car Rental Unit (Sui generis) along witti associated car parking, boundary treatments and hard and soft landscaping. Location: K And N Filters, John Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA2 7UB Applicant: Mr Robert Foden, Foden Estates.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building
