NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE FOR HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS MANCHESTER - TRAFFORCITY, 2 MERCURY WAY, URMSTON, MANCHESTER M41 7PA
We Tower Hotel Management Ltd of Peel Dome, Trafford City M17 8PL have applied on 3rd February 2017 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises authorising the sale of alcohol between the hours of 00.01 and 00.00 every day and provision of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00 every day. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 OTH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
