NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Orders are: -
ACADEMY WAY AND MOULDERS LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce the below prohibitions:
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Footway Closure
Academy Way - from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Moulders Lane.
Academy Way (westbound traffic only) - from its junction with Bank Street to its junction
with Moulders Lane.
Temporary One Way
To prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Moulders Lane other than from east to west and from south to north
Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Town Centre Traffic Management Scheme)(No. 1) Order 1979, in so far as ft relates to Schedule 2 (One Way Traffic) and the following section of carriageway:-Moulders Lane - From north to south and from west to east. The Order will be effective from Monday 13th February 2017 for 7 weeks when signed on site. The alternative route for Academy Way will be via Academy Street, Mersey Street, Church Street roundabout, Fennel Street, Brick Street, Midland Way, Crosfield Street, Sankey Street, Bold Street, Suez Street, Rylands Street, Bridge Street. The restrictions are required to undertake the highway improvement works associated with the Bridge Street development. Ref: HIGH/1708
BEECHWAYS. CEDARWAYS. CHALFONT CLOSE & FAIRWAYS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a temporary prohibition of Driving and Clearway on:
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Beechways for its entire length Cedarways for its entire length
Fairways for its entire length Chalfont close for its entire length
The Order will be effective from Monday 20th February 2017 for 6 weeks between the hours
of 7:30am - 5pm when signed on site. The alternative route for Beechways & Fairways is via
Pineways, Dudlows Green Road, London Road and vice versa. The restrictions and closures
are required to undertake essential carriageway resurfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1707
GREEN LANE. BURT0NW00D (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of driving and clearway restriction on the entire length of Green Lane, Burtonwood. The Order will be effective from Monday 20th February 2017 for 6 weeks between 7:30am - 5.00pm when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Lumber Lane, Fir Tree Lane, Chapel Lane, Phipp's Lane and vice versa and Phipp's Lane, Forshaw's Lane, Lumber Lane and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake essential carriageway resurfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1711
PERCIVAL STREET, SCHOOL BROW, WELLINGTON STREET & SALISBURY STREET (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a prohibition of driving and clearway on: Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Percival Street for its entire length
School Brow from its junction with Hopwood Street to its junction with Crossley Street Salisbury Street for its entire length Wellington Street for its entire length
Passageway adjacent to the gable end of No.s 93 and 95 Wellington Street linking Wellington Street to Lord Nelson Street
Passageway adjacent to the gable end of No. 90 Wellington Street linking Wellington Street to Ellesmere Street
Passageway adjacent to the gable end of No. 122 Wellington Street linking Wellington Street to Ellesmere Street
The Order will be effective from Monday 20th February 2017 for 6 weeks between 7:30 am - 5.00pm when signed on site. A signed diversion route will be provided on site throughout the duration of the works. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake essential carriageway resurfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1710
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO. 28, BURTONWOOD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND FOOTPATH CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 The effect of which is the introduction a Prohibition of Driving and Footpath Closure on Public Right of Way No. 28 Burtonwood from its junction with Chapel Lane to Webb Drive including the footpath link adjacent to the gable ends of no.s 12 and 13 Webb Drive. The Order will be effective from Monday 13th February 2017 for 3 weeks when signed on site. Alternative route will be via Chapel Lane, Perrins Road, Kilshaw Road, Webb Drive and vice versa. The restrictions are required to facilitate improvement works to the Public Flight of Way.

CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 11) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-I.The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation
Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the Third Schedule by the addition of:-

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Cheryl Nicholson of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 2nd March 2017 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
