LICENSING ACT 2003-MAJOR VARIATION
Application has been made to Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act byTesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, Manor Road, Sorting Office, Ahrincham, Cheshire.WA 15 9QT. The variation proposes to remove conditions from the licence stated at Annex I, Points I and 2. The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Section, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stratford, M32 OTH between I Oam to Ipm and 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday except public holidays. Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 28th February 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
