North Star Club - Premises Licence

Licensing Act 2003

Mr David Fairbrass is applying, on behalf of the North Star Club, to grant a Full Variation to the existing Club Licence for The North Star Club, Bremhill View, Calne, Wiltshire. SN11 9EE.

The Licence Variation is to allow the Club's current Licensed activities to be extended throughout the Club's new building extensions.

All activities granted under the existing License remain unchanged.

Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice.

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
