(C2011 Radford Road, Rous Lench)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make
an Order to close that part of C2011 Radford Road, Rous Lench, from its junction
with C2010 Alcester Road to its junction with C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Road
in orderto facilitate works for Barden Network.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Road, C2011 Low Road, C2011 Atch Lench Road, C2011 Atch Lench Road to Leys Road, C2117 Handgate Lane, C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Lane, C2117 Hill Furze, C2022 Hill Furze Road, C2022 Broad Lane, C2012 Main Street, C2012 Abberton Road, U43604 Bishampton Road, C2010Radford Road, C2010Alcester Road and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 6 March 2017.
(C2009 Shinehill Lane, South Littleton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date ofthis Notice, to make an Orderto close that part of C2009 Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, from its junction with C2009 Blacksmiths Lane to its junction with C2006 Buckle Street in order to facilitate utilities connection of sewer, water, gas and electricity for new development.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2009 Blacksmiths Lane, B4085 Cleeve Road, U45031 School Lane, C2114 Blake's Hill, C2006 Buckle Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. (U46416 Church Street, Birlingham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date ofthis Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U46416 Church Street, Birlingham, from its junction with U46414 The Avenue to its junction with C2271 Broadway Road in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U46414 The Avenue, C2271 Broadway Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing:

Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Worcestershire County Council
[Footpath By-524 Formerly Footpath 6, In the Parish of Broadway] Confirmation of Public Path Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2016
On 2 February 2017 the County Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert Public Footpath by:-
Diverting the length and entire width of footpath BY-524 (PART) in the parish of Broadway to be diverted from Point A at Ordnance Survey Grid reference 409657, 238780. The path proceeds generally South South East over footbridge past Giddings Barn and Smallbrook Cottage to terminate atits junction with Footpaths BY-525 and BY-526 atOrdnance Survey Grid reference 409810, 238583. The total distance of the footpath is approximately 240 metres. To a point commencing at Point A at Ordnance Survey Grid reference 409657, 238780. The path proceeds generallySouth for approximately235 metres through a pedestrian gate atpointC Ordnance SurveyGrid reference 409680, 238720, through a pedestrian gate at point D Ordnance Survey Grid reference 409695, 238633 and continues in a generally Southerly direction for approximately 120 metres to terminate atPointE through agate atits junction with Footpath BY-526 atOrdnance Survey Grid reference 409713, 238554.
The total distance ofthe footpath is approximately 235 metres. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, and at Wychavon District Council, Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4SB on Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be bought at County Hall, Worcester at the price of £7.50. The Order comes into force on 2 February 2017 but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that any provision contained in it, on the ground thatitis not within the powers ofthe Highways Act1980 as amended or on the ground that any requirementofthe Act, as amended, or ofany regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 ofSchedule 2 to the Actas applied by paragraph 5 ofSchedule 6 to the Act within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice (24 March 2017) make an application to the High Court.
