PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (C2239 Yarhampton and C2239 Astley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2239 Yarhampton and C2239 Astley, from its junction with A451 Yarhampton to its junction with U64212 Astley in order to facilitate carriageway re-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - A451 Yarhampton, B4197 Great Witley, A443 Worcester Road, A443 Little Witley, A443 Witley Road, B4196 Holt Heath, B4196Shrawley, B4196 Astley, U64212 Astley and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (within a 4 week period): Commencing: 13 February 2017.
(C2030 Station Road, Hartlebury)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2030 Station Road, Hartlebury, from its junction with U40004 Whitlenge Lane to its junction with Moors Avenue in order to facilitate Network Rail works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2030 Walton Road, C2030 Ryelands Lane, C2145 Crown Lane to Elmley Lovett, C2144 Crown Lane, A449 Worcester Road, C2030 Old Worcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day (22:00hrs - 10:00hrs): Commencing:
4 March 2017.
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Clarence Street, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following
length and side ofroad in Kidderminster: Clarence Street (east side) from a point 79.4 metres north east of its junction with Leswell Street for a distance of6.6 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. Acopyofthe draftOrder, relevantplan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hurcott Road and Batham Road, Kidderminster] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Kidderminster: Hurcott Road (north side) from its junction with Batham Road for a distance of 11.6 metres in a westerly direction and 14 metres in an easterly direction. Batham Road (west side) from its junction with Hurcott Road for a distance of 11.5 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its junction with HurcottRoad for adistance of11 metresin anortherly direction.
