NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Councilintend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which willbe to prohibit any Vehicle from proceeding along part of the length of road described in the Schedule below other than in the direction specified with exemptions

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make a Variation under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 ("the 2017 Order") to prohibit and restrict the waiting, loading and parking along parts of roads as described in the Schedule below.

1. The 2017 Order will be varied by the attachment of plans similar to those used in this consultation and which identify the roads or sides of roads to which the prohibitions and restrictions of waiting, loading and parking places affect.

2. This Variation shall come into operation within 14 days of confirmation and may be cited as the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 By amending the Plans to (Prohibit and Restrict the Waiting/Loading/Parking along Various Roads within Cirencester) 2017.

The lengths of road fall within the Cirencester Town within the boundary of Cotswold District in the County of Gloucestershire.
The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled persons vehicles Acopy of the draft Plans together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons, may be inspected during normal opening hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Main Reception Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TG, Cotswold District Council Offices, Trinity Road, Cirencester GL7 1PX and Cirencester Library, The Waterloo, Cirencester GL7 2PZorcan be viewed at www.gloucestershire.gov.uk (Please quote reference LW/631017) Any objections or representations in respect of the above should be sent in writing addressed to the Head of Legal Services, Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TG (please quote reference LW/63107) no later than the
