hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as .Approximately 200 metres east of Daltons Bastion (on the beach), Madeira Drive, Brighton, BN2 1TB................................................ for
the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: .the provision of plays, the provision of films, the provision of live music, the provision of recorded music, the provision of performances of dance, the provision of presentations, prize giving, and speeches including a series of 'in conversation with' events, the provision of late night refreshment and the supply of alcohol.......................
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than .16 March 2016....................a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
