Applicant : Station Hotels (Newcastle) Limited, 31-40 West Parade, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7LB.
An application is made to replace the current conditions as agreed with the Police; to account for an alteration to the internal layout; to amend the hours during which licensable activities may be conducted and to add films as a licensable activity. In all other respects, the licence is to remain the same. Anyone wishing to object to this application must write to the Licensing Department, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York YO10 3DS no later than the expiry of 6 March 2017. The application can be viewed at that address or at www.york.gov.uk. It is an offence to make a false or reckless statement in respect of this application. Anyone found guilty of such an offence may be fined up to £5,000 in the Magistrates' Court.
