Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Willows at Haslingden Road, Blackburn, BBI 2NG. The application includes the following terms:- I.Variation to change the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To permit retail sale of alcohol 24 hours per day to Lodge residents. 3.To permit the premises to open 24 hours per day to residents and from 06:30 hours to non residents for breakfasts. 4. To amend conditions to refer to the Lodge. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Room 304, Floor 3, The Old Town Hall, Blackburn, Lancashire, BBI 7DY.A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including Ist March 2017 (www.blackburn.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
