NOTICE is hereby given that on 25 January 2017 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Sher Brothers (Trading) Limited, having their Registered Office at 39 Stromness Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G5 8HS (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 31 January 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Petition Department, Court of Session, Pariliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement; eo die appointed Ian William Wright, qualified Insolvency Practitioner of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers specified in pargraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
