The above named Order made on the 31st January 2017 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create the public footpath to the east of Moorfields Estate, Darlington described in Part 1 of the Schedule below and as shown on | the Order Map. Starting at E, NZ 31175 13480 on Richmond Way and going east, through a kissing gate, for approximately 20 metres to F, NZ 31199 13481 and then north and east via existing footpaths in the nature reserve and an existing kissing gate to G, NZ 31307 13515 at Salters Lane, Bridleway 37 Darlington. Width - 2 metres_

TheabovenamedOrdermadeonthe31stJanuary2017undersection118oftheHighwaysAct1980will extinguish the public footpath to the east of Moorfields Estate, Darlington described in the Schedule below and as shown on the Order Map. The said Order will not take effect until the Darlington Borough Council (Public Footpath No. 66) Creation Order2017comesintooperation.
