Notice is hereby given that on 23rd January, 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Barnetts, Solicitors, having their place of business at 7-9 Grange Place, Kilmarnock, KA1 2BH, craving the Court, inter alia, that LEE DRIVER LTD, a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts, (Company No. SC414490) and having its Registered Office at 12 Gilbertfield Place, Irvine KA12 0EY, be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1029(1)(c)(ii) of the Companies Act; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 26th January, 2017 ordained any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
