Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH HER21, HEREFORD (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which will temporarily close Public Footpath HER21 from OS Grid Reference SO 4973, 3918 to SO 4969, 3934. The closure is required while a sewage pipe is installed. The alternate route is via HER20, Belvedere Lane and Broomy Hill, and vice versa. The Order is intended to come into operation on 12 February 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
