Application has been made by Joseph Holt Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Cheshire West & Chester Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Chester-way at Chester-way Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5LS.The application includes the following terms; I. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. Z To amend conditions at Annex 2 numbered 4 and 7 and delete conditions 10 and II. 3. To bring forward opening to 8 am daily. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
