Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the Late Mr Peter Dunn of Mount Pleasant Touring Park, 91 Matchams Lane, Hum, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 6AW and Smugglers, 8 Sopley, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 7AY who died on 20th March 2015 is required to send particulars to the undersigned Solicitors for the executors on or before the 3rd April 2017 after which date the solicitors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
