LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Moto Pizza Limited have on the 30th January 2017 applied to Chelmsford City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 24 Baddow Road, Chelmsford, CM2 ODG. Proposed Activities: Sale and supply of alcohol (on & off premises): Sunday – Thursday 11:30-23:30 Friday – Saturday 11:30-00:30 Playing of recorded music: Sunday – Thursday 11:30-23:30 Friday – Saturday 11:30-00:30 The full application and licensing register can be inspected at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE. Any person wishing to make representations must submit them in writing to the Licensing Authority clearly stating the grounds for the representation by no later than the 27th February 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
