Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (C2126 Churchill Lane & U13410Mill Lane, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2126 Churchill Lane & U13410 Mill Lane, Kidderminster, in two phases.
Phase 1 C2126 Churchill Lane - from its junction with U13407 Wannerton Road to its junction with C2126 Waggon Lane.
Phase 2 U13410 Mill Lane - from its junction with C2126 Churchill Lane to its junction withU13411 Sculthorpe.
The Order is being made to facilitate new ducting works in carriageway. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative routes: - Phase 1 C2126 Churchill Lane - C2126 Churchill Lane, A456 Birmingham Road, C2061 Stakenbridge Lane, C2126 Churchill Lane. Phase 2 U13410 Mill Lane - C2126 Churchill Lane, A456 Birmingham Road, U13410 Station Drive.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days:
Phase 1 C2126Churchill Lane-Commencing06/02/17 to07/02/17.
Phase 2 U13410 Mill Lane - Commencing 08/02/17 to 14/02/17.
(C2131 Beach Hay & C2131 Clows Top, Bayton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2131 Beach Hay & C2131 Clows Top, Bayton, from its junction with B4202 Clows Top to its junction with C2196 Buckeridge Bank in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surface dressing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - B4202 Clows Top, B4202 Clows Top (Shropshire), A4117 Cleobury Road (Shropshire), A4117 Cleobury Road, C2131 Ranters Bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 4 week period): Commencing: 8 February 2017.
(C2096 Bayton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2096 Bayton, from its
junction with C2198 Clows Top to its junction with B4202 Clows Top in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surface dressing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - B4202 Clows Top, B2198 Clows Top and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 month: Commencing: 2 February 2017.
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Leswell Lane, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-:
Leswell Lane (north east side) from a point 16.4 metres south west of its central point of the junction with Clovelly Court for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/ representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 2 March 2017.
