Take Notice that Christopher Gates has applied to Cotswold District council for the grant of a Premises Licence for and on behalf of Fillet & Bone Ltd, in respect of premises known as: The Old Butchers, High Street, Chipping Campden GL55 6AT. The proposed licensable activities are as follows:- Sale Of Alcohol, Opening Times, 8am to 10pm on Monday to Saturday and 8am to 4pm on Sunday. The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Commercial Team, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester GL7 1PX. The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.cotswold.gov.uk. An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section Leader, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester GL7 1PX by 1st March 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000)
