NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
To Members and others claiming a right to benefits under the Yoplait UK Limited Money Purchase Pension Scheme (the Scheme).
The Scheme commenced winding up on 03 January 2017.
The Trustees believe they have the names of everyone with a right to benefits, but if you are a former employee of Yoplait UK Limited or their spouse or dependant and think that you have an entitlement in the Scheme and have not heard from the Trustee recently, please write with details of your claim, including your full name, address and National Insurance Number to Yoplait UK Limited Money Purchase Pension Scheme, c/o Cartwright Benefit Consultants Limited, Marlborough House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1LN.
Commencing two monthsfromthedateofthis Notice, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and it will distribute the assets of the Scheme and will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
If you received an announcement from the Trustees in January 2017, you do not need to contact the Trustee.
