Application has been made on the 30th of January 2017 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows. 1- The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 10.00 and 00.00. On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve between the hours of 10.00 and 02.00. 2- The premises to be open to the public each day between 00.01 and 00.00. The premises will be closed to non residents at 00.30 each day. On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve will be closed to non residents at 02.30. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application show above (ie by the 27th of February 2017). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty, £5.000.
