We Price Right Properties Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 142-144 Norton Road Stockton on Tees and known as Convenience Store. The application is for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the supply of alcohol to be consumed off the premises. The Licensable hours applied for are Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 11.00 pm. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees TS18 1LD by no later than 24th February 2017. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the website at www.stockton.gov.uk.
