NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30th of January 2017 Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA ("the Council") made the above Order. The Order will make the Experimental Order that has been in place since the 3rd of August 2015 permanent. Effect of the Order: to make the experimental order currently in force permanent this will prohibit non-residential vehicles from parking within the identified streets. Further details of the Order comprising a plan, statement of reasons for making the Order may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA and Chepstow Hub at Manor Way, Chepstow, NP16 5HZ. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the ground that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the 30th of January 2017 (being the date that the Order was made), apply for the purpose to the High Court.
