Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of JOYCE BATES late of 35 Buttermere Road, BD2 4JA, who died on the 21st day of December 2016 and whose WILL was proved at The Winchester Probate Registry on the 24 day of January 2017 by Gordon Cooke the executors named in the said WILL is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for said Executors on or before the 31st Day of March, 2017 after which the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
