Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the C1105 Dilwyn from A4110, Dilwyn
Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles at the junction with A4110 OS Grid Ref: 344191 /255058. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4110 onto the U93404 Birley Road onto the U93601 Knoakes Lane and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to accessing underground cable network for new customer connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 15th February 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
