SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT NOTICE
IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD REGINALD PERCY NORTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of, late of Llanyravon Court Care Home, Llanfrechfa Way, Llanfrechfa, Cwmbran who died on the 11 October 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors for the Executor of the Estate of the late Donald Reginald Percy Norton on or before 31 March 2017 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
