NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders will (further) amend these base Oxfordshire County Council Orders: 1. (South Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2006; 2. (Vale of White Horse District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2007; 3. (Oxford) (Cutteslowe & Five Mile Drive Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2014; 4. (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010; 5. (Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2005; 6. (Jericho) (Parking Places and Controlled Parking Zone) Order 2000; 7. (Marston South) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007; 8. (Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004.The effects ofthe proposals are to:
a) Provide additional Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) and remove those no longer needed in South Oxfordshire, and the Vale ofWhite Horse District as shown in the table below;
b) Remove a permit holders parking bay in Collins Street, Oxford to allow off-street access to new development.
c) Exclude the following properties from eligibility for residents and visitors parking permits to fulfil planning conditions in Cutteslowe 79 Harefields; Headington Central 2 Stile Road,The Depot 2 Windmill Road (Units 1 to 6 inclusive), 1st Floor 114 London Road; Jericho; 56A 76A 82A 83A 86 87 & 88 Castle Mill HouseJuxon Street, 56 Wellington Street; Marston South 112 Ferry Road (correction from 112 Ferry Lane); Summertown Islip House 376 Banbury Road;
d) Correct the following to allow 1 residents permit and visitors permits in Headington Central 3 Woodman Villas New High Street;

Documents giving more particulars of the orders are available for public inspection at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday; South Oxfordshire and Vale ofWhite Horse District Councils, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, OX 14 4SBfrom 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday; and at Abingdon, Berinsfield, Cowley, Henley, Kennington,Sonning Common, and Thame libraries during normal opening hours. Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the Director for Environment and Economy (ref: MJR) at the address given below no later than the 17th February 2017. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice.They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
