TEMPORARY CLOSURE 3/188 MACES HILL DAGLINGWORTH COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council have made an order to temporarily close under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of 3/188 Maces Hill from the junction with 400988 Crabtree Lane to Two Ways to the junction with 400897 Wains Road, a total distance of approximately 300 metres The reason for the closure is for the installation of fibre optical cables, roads are too narrow for vehicles to pass safely

The reason for the closure is for the regeneration of Cirencester Town Centre, Castle Street Phase
There will be no parking and no waiting throughout the duration of the works

GLOUCESTERSHIRE ON-STREET PARKING ORDER 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 18th January 2017 Gloucestershire County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to revoke and replace the pre-existing Traffic Regulation Orders governing waiting loading and the use of parking places in Gloucestershire. This is an administrative change to ensure the content of the Traffic Regulation Order reflects current working practices, and takes account of new technologies such as virtual permits, cashless payment, and electric vehicles. No changes to parking restrictions or charges have been made, and customers will not see a difference on the ground. The Plans within existing Orders thatdescribe the parking restrictionson the ground are incorporated unchanged into the newOrder.
1. The Gloucestershire On Street Parking Order 2017 revokes and replaces the following Orders, save for'the Plans':

2. The Gloucestershire On-Street Parking Order 2017 shall come into operation on the 2nd February 2017 and maybe cited asthe Gloucestershire On StreetParking Order2017.
This administrative change updates the basis of all parking restrictions in Gloucestershire, and therefore affects every District and Parish.
A copy of the sealed Order together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons, may be inspected during normal
working hours any Gloucestershire County Council Library, or at Main Reception Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TG

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Variation or any provision contained in it on the ground that it is
not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement
to that Act or any Statutory Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Variation may
within six weeks of the date on which the Variation is made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
