Drwy hyn rhoddi r HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Si r Penfro yn bwri adu ni d llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddi ad yr Hysbysi ad hwn, i wneud Gorchymyn dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheolei ddi o Traff g Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffg Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991. Mae'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith tyllu sy'n gysylltiedig a gosod cebl trydan newydd ar hyd neu yng nghyffiniau'r lon.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro unrhyw gerbyd, neu unrhyw berson sy'n cerdded neu ar gefn ceffyl neu'n arwain ceffyl, rhag teithio ar hyd y darn yma o'r llwybr ceffyl (PP2I/4/4) o bwynt lle mae'n cwrdd a ffordd dosbarth III (C3007) ger Lower Freystrop (Cyf. Grid: SM955I26) tua'r gorllewin i bwynt lle mae'n cwrdd PP2I/4/3 ger yr eiddo Pencaer (Cyf. Grid: SM950I25). Bydd eithriadau i'r Gorchymyn ar gyfer mynediad cerbydau a cherddwyr i eiddo neu unrhyw beth sy'n gysylltiedig a'r gwaith.
Bwriedir i'r cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu llofnodi, ddod i rym ar ddydd Llun 30 lonawr 2017, a
pharhau mewn grym am gyfnod o tua 3 wythnos.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau'n ddilys am gyfnod o 6 mis rhag ofn bydd angen aildrefnu'r gwaith
neu oherwydd amgylchiadau nas rhagwelwyd.
Nid oes llwybr amgen ar gyfer defnyddwyr tra bod y llwybr wedi'i gau.
THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY (BRIDLEWAY PP2I/4/4) NR LOWER FREYSTROP) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR & NON VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017 NOTICE is hereby gven that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order is necessary so that excavation work associated with the installation of a new electricity cable can be carried out along or in the region of the lane.
The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle, or any person on foot or horseback or leading a horse, from proceeding along that length of bridleway (PP2I/4/4) from a point where it meets the class Ill (C3007) road near Lower Freystrop (Grid Ref:SM955I26) west to a point where it joins PP2I/4/3 near the property Pencaer (Grid Ref:SM950I25). There are exemptions in the Order for vehicle and pedestrian access to property and anything in connection with the works.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on
Monday 30th January 20I7, and remain in force for a period of approximately 3 weeks.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months as a contingency should the
