Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice
Jusna Limited, trading as Bengal Brasserie is applying for new Premises Licence for Jusna Limited, 7 Bedford Place, Southampton, S015 2DB. If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:
1. Sale of alcohol on the premises
2. Provision of regulated entertainment

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
