Section 53 of the Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981, Definitive Map And Statement for the County of Herefordshire, Herefordshire Council, (Addition of Public Footpath LQ85 Longtown and Llanveynoe), Modification Order 2010

On 14th December, 2016 the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above Order with modifications.

The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the Public Footpath to be known as LQ85 running from County Road U74407 at OS Grid Reference SO 3159 2792 to County Road U75000 at OS Grid Reference SO 3099 2773.

Copies of the confirmed Order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Hereford Centre Customer Services, Franklin House, 4 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BB during normal opening hours. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council. Copies are also available on Herefordshire Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

The Order took effect on 14th December, 2016, but if any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of section 53 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or that any requirements of Schedule 15 to the said Act have not been complied with, they may apply to the High Court, within 42 days of the date of publication of this notice in the local press.
