Argylland Bute Council proposes to make an Order to amend the existing waiting restriction on Main Road (A814) in Cardross.

prohibits the waiting of vehicles on Main Road excludes this layby and it is now proposed to amend the originalorder to make this length of road a restricted parking area.

TAXI FARE REVIEW
Notice is hereby given that Argylland Bute Council, having consulted with taxioperators licensed by the authority, propose to make no amendments to the maximum fares and charges for taxis operating within the jurisdiction of Argylland Bute Council as detailed below. It is proposed that these will be effective from 25th July 2017.
Any person wishing to lodge representations in respect of these proposals should do so by writing to the Head of Governance and Law,Argylland Bute Council, Kilmory, Lochgilphead, PA31 8RT by no later than 27th February 2017.
Tariff 1 Hirings from ranks or "flag"
Hiring between 7am and 10pm
Initial charge (860yards or part thereof) £3.00
Subsequent charge (each 176 yards or part thereof) 20 pence
Tariff 2 Hirings from ranks or "flag"
Hiring between 10pm and 7am
Initial charge (860yards or part thereof) £3.60
Subsequent charge (each 150 yards or part thereof) 20 pence
Tariff 2 also applies to hirings from ranks or "flag" between 6pm and 10pm December 24th, 6pm and 10pm December 31st and between 7am 2nd January and 7am 3rd January
