NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effects of the Orders are:
GREEN LANE, BURTONWOOD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a temporary prohibition of driving and clearway restriction on the entire length of Green Lane, Burtonwood.
The Order will be effective from Monday 20th February 2017 for 6 weeks. The closures are expected to be in operation between 7:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. as and when signed on site. The alternative route is via Lumber Lane, FirTree Lane, Chapel Lane, Phipp's Lane and vice versa and Phipp's Lane, Forshaw's Lane, Lumber Lane and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake essential carriageway resurfacing works.

To introduce a temporary prohibition of driving and clearway on: Percival Street its entire length Salisbury Street its entire length Wellington Street for its entire length
School Brow from its junction with Hopwood Street to its junction with Crossley Street Passageway adjacent to the gable end of No.s 93 and 95 Wellington Street linking Wellington Street to Lord Nelson Street
Passageway adjacent to the gable end of No. 90 Wellington Street linking Wellington Street to Ellesmere Street
Passageway adjacent to the gable end of No. 122 Wellington Street linking Wellington Street to Ellesmere Street
The Order will be effective from Monday 20th February 2017 for 6 weeks. The closures are expected to be in operation between 7:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. as and when signed on site. Fairways for its entire length Chalfont Close for its entire length
The Order will be effective from Monday 20th February 2017 for 6 weeks. The closures are expected to be in operation between 7:30a.m. to 5.00p.m. as and when signed on site. The alternative route for Beechways and Fairways is via Pineways, Dudlows Green Road, London Road and vice versa. PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO. 28 BURTONWOOD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND FOOTPATH CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a temporary prohibition of driving and footpath closure on Public Right of Way No. 28 Burtonwood from its junction with Chapel Lane to Webb Drive including the footpath link adjacent to the gable ends of no.s 12 and 13 Webb Drive. The Order will be effective from Monday 13th February 2017 for 3 weeks as and when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Chapel Lane, Perrins Road, Kilshaw Road, Webb Drive and vice versa. The restrictions are required to facilitate improvement works to the Public Right of Way. ACADEMY WAY AND MOULDERS LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, FOOTWAY CLOSURE. ONE-WAY AND SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce:
Temporary prohibition of driving and footway closure Academy Way - From its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Moulders Lane. Academy Way (westbound traffic only) - From its junction with Bank Street to its junction with Moulders Lane.
Temporary One Way to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Moulders Lane other than from east to west and from south to north
Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Town Centre Traffic Management Scheme)(No. 1) Order 1979, in so far as it relates to Schedule 2 (One Way Traffic) and the following section of carriageway: -Moulders Lane - From north to south and from west to east. The Order will be effective from Monday 13th February 2017 for 7 weeks as and when signed on site. The alternative route for Academy Way will be via Academy Street, Mersey Street, Church Street roundabout, Fennel Street, Brick Street, Midland Way, Crosfield Street, Sankey Street, Bold Street, Suez Street, Rylands Street, Bridge Street. The restrictions are required to undertake the highway improvement works associated with the Bridge Street development. Ref: HIGH/1708

To introduce a prohibition of driving of northbound traffic on Milner Street from its junction with Priestley Street for a distance of 65 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will be effective on Monday 6th February 2017 for 3 weeks as and when signed on site. The alternative route is Milner Street via Liverpool Road and Crosfield Street. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out Network Improvement works.

STANLEY STREET. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a prohibition of driving on Stanley Street from its junction with Barbauld Street for its entire length.
The Order will be effective on Sunday 5th February 2017 for 1 day and Sunday 12th February 2017 for 1 day as and when signed on site. The closure is required to allow for safe access whilst carrying out Telecom works. Ref: HIGH/1703
LONGSHAW STREET AND ADJACENT STREETS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a prohibition of driving on the following:-
Longshaw Street from its junction with Folly Lane/Kerfoot Street to Dallam Brook Bridge (approximately 45 metres north of its junction with Southworth Avenue) Troutbeck Avenue from its junction with Longshaw Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a westerly direction
Hawthorne Street from its junction with Longshaw Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in an easterly direction
Calgarth Avenue from its junction with Longshaw Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in an easterly direction
Crosby Avenue from its junction with Longshaw Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in an easterly direction
Lllford Avenue from its junction with Longshaw Street to its junction with LostockAvenue
Southworth Avenue from its junction with Longshaw Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a westerly direction
Lodge Lane from its junction with Folly Lane for a distance of approximately 65 metres in a north westerly direction
Dalton Avenue from its junction with Folly Lane for a distance of approximately 15 metres in a north westerly direction
Rutter Avenue for its entire length
The Order will be effective on 26th January 2017 for 5 weeks between 9:30am and 3:30pm, as and when signed on site. The works are weather dependent therefore the timescales detailed above are as a guideline only. Note, whilst every effort will be made to minimise the disruption to residents, the works will require residents to assist in the process by relocating vehicles as and when required. The alternative routes will be introduced in phases and will be signed on site throughout the duration of the works.
The closure is required to undertake highway improvement works associated with the Bewsey and Dallam Grey to Green initiative which includes new kerbing, footway surfacing and carriageway surfacing. Ref: HIGH/1702
BROOMFIELDS ROAD, APPLETON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a prohibition of driving on Broomfields Road from its junction with London Road to its junction with Greenway.
The Order will be effective on Sunday 29th January 2017 between 8:00am and 4:00pm as and when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Broomfields Road, Greenway, Dingleway and vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to safely access their underground apparatus. Ref: HIGH/1688
BROOKLAND STREET. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
To introduce a prohibition of driving on Brookland Street from its junction with Padgate Lane to its junction with Oakland Street.
The Order will be effective on 31st January 2017 for a period of one day as and when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Brookland Street, Padgate Lane, Oakland Street and vice versa. The closure is required to allow National Grid to remove and install a new gas kiosk. Ref: HIGH/1698

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has approved a variation of the scale of charges operated at the Walton Hall Gardens Car Park. The revised scale of charges will come into force from Friday 17th February 2017. Details of the existing and revised charges are set out below:

Failure to display a valid ticket during charging hours or parking in contravention to the conditions of the car park may result In a Penalty Charge Notice of £50 or £70 being issued. The amount payable is dependent on the severity of the contravention, which can be reduced by 50% if payment is received within 14 days of the issue of Hie Penalty Charge Notice or within 21 days for Penalty Charge Notices issued by post.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as to amend The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads) (Consolidation of One-way Traffic) Order 1976. Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Cheryl Nicholson of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 16th February 2017 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
