LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION
APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 34 of the Act)

Burdar Limited, Buttercross Inn, 6 Market Place, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 3HD. Briefly describe the proposed variation from the existing Premises Licence: Vary the existing Premises Licence plans to include the consumption of alcohol in a permitted (restricted) areas to the front and the rear of the premises.

A copy of the application is kept by the Licensing Section, Public Protection Services, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER. The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Public Protection Services, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER. Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
