ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

MORNINGTON ROAD, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 640) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works to be executed on or near Mornington Road, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Mornington Road, Bingley from its junction with Stanley Street for approximately 20 metres in a south easterly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Mornington Road (unaffected section), Ferncliffe Road, Gilstead Lane, Warren Lane, Otley Road, Parkside, Park Road, Charles Street and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation between the hours of 06:30 to 12:30 on 29th January 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 26th day of January 2017
