NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
Petty Sessions District of Dungannon County Court Division of Fermanagh & Tyrone
TAKE NOTICE that we, McDade Retail Limited of 18-20 Augher Road Clogher Co. Tyrone intend at the magistrates' court sitting at the Courthouse, Dungannon, on Friday, 11th March, 2016, at 10.30 a.m. to apply for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by McDade Foodstores Limited of 18-20, Augher Road, Clogher, Co. Tyrone for the premises situate at 18-20 Augher Road, Clogher, Co. Tyrone. being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:- 5(1) (b) premises in which it is intended to carry on the business of selling intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises
A Protection Order authorising McDade Retail Limited of 18-20 Augher Road, Clogher, Co.
Tyrone to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 18th September, 2015, by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Dungannon for the period of six months from the date of the Order
The following body corporate owns the business to be carried on under the licence: a limited liability Company of which the following persons are directors and executive controllers,
John McDade of 23, Rathowen, Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh.
The owner of the premises shall be McDade Retail Limited.
The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.

NOTE: Any person owning, or residing or carrying on business in, premises in the vicinity of the premises for which the transfer of the licence is sought who intends to object to the transfer must, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 of the said Order, serve notice of his intention to object upon the applicant and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the 11th March 2016 briefly stating his grounds for objection. The grounds Of objection are such as are specified in Article
22(6) of the Order
