NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 13 January 2017 by Richard John Pollard for an Order restoring Assured Fire Protection & Safety Ltd, a company formerly registered under the Companies Acts (company number SC294529) and having its Registered Office at Unit 1.1 Festival Court, Brand Place, Glasgow G51 1DR to the Register of Companies in terms of Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; and in which Petition the Court, by deliverance dated 17 January 2017, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
