Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an Interest in the estate of Leonard Evans (Deceased) late of 11 Oxford Road, Gingham, Kent, ME7 4BS, previously of Flat 28, Woodfields, George Street, Watford, WD18 OBS, previously of 2, Mandela Place, Brocklesbury Close, Watford, WD24 4GS and previously of 93, King Georges Avenue, Watford, WD18 7QE who died on 3rd July 2016 are required to send particulars of their daim or Interest in writing to Mr D Evans, 26 Woodside Close, Amersham, HP6 5EF by 22nd March 2017 after which the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and Interests of which he has had notice.
