NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Mereside Road, Mere
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, in order to lay new low voltage cable. Prohibition of traffic-Mereside Road. Mere
From the junction with A50 Warrington Road to the junction with A5034 Mereheath Lane. The alternative route will be via Warrington Road, A556 Chester Road, Knutsford Road, Mereside Road which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day.
This order will come into operation on 23rd January 2017 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 17th February 2017.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 AS AMENDED
DIRECTION MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4 (1) KNUTSFORD WAR MEMORIAL COTTAGE HOSPITAL
The Cheshire East Borough Council (the "Council") have made a Direction under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 directing that the type of development permitted by Class B part 11 of Schedule 2 to that Order (Demolition of buildings) should not be carried out except under an express grant of permission therefore. In common parlance, permitted development rights to demolish the building are withdrawn.
The Direction and the plan attached to it is deposited and can be viewed at Knutsford Library, Toft Rd, Knutsford, WA16 0PG during normal opening hours. The Direction will take effect when it is confirmed by the Council which is proposed to be done on 27th February 2017 but not later than 18th February 2019.
