Notice of application for Hazardous Substances Consent.

I give notice that HW Coates Ltd is applying to Cheshire East Council for hazardous substances consent for the storage of products classified as acute toxic (Cat H1) 15 tonnes; oxidising liquids and solids (Cat P8) 100 tonnes; environmental hazard (Cat E1) 199 tonnes; and environmental hazard (Cat E2) 499 tonnes at HW Coates Ltd, Aston Way, Midpoint 18, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 0HS. These are primarily amendments to existing consents due to regulation changes. You may wish to inspect a copy of the application at Middlewich Library, Lewin Street, Middlewich,
