Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at vacant site adjacent to Dover Street, Breadalbane Street and Argyle Street, Glasgow for erection of housing and shell unit, comprising 51 flats, 6 maisonettes and 1 shell unit for future use class 1, 2, 3 or 4. A public meeting will be held at Glasgow West Housing Association, 5 Royal Crescent, Glasgow, 3:30pm to 7:00pm 2nd February 2017. Further information may be obtained from Partick Housing Association, 10 Mansfield Street, Glasgow G11 5QP. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 16th February 2017 to Nick Ronan of Partick Housing Association, nronan@partickha.org.uk T: 0141 330 1495. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
