LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Ty Gwin Wine Lounge Ltd have on the 10/01/2017 applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the variation of a Premises Licence at 8 Royal Buildings, Victoria Road, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 3ED known as Ty Gwin Wine Lounge Ltd.
The application is to vary the licence as follows:
* To amend the Premises Licence to allow Ty Gwin Wine Lounge Ltd to supply alcohol for consumption on and off the premises; and
* To amend the premises licence to allow Ty Gwin Wine Lounge Ltd to open from 8.00am (Monday-Sunday).
Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, not later than 28 days after the
date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the civic offices during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
