Notice of  Variation of On-Street Parking Charges
Notice is hereby given that Dorset County Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act l984 ("the Act of l984") and of part lV of schedule 9 of the Act of l984 of all other enabling powers and under Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and in compliance with the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary 'The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders Made for the Regulation of  Traffic) Order 2014' to introduce the changes to its on-street parking charges which are specified below.
