Notice is hereby given that we Spice Restaurant ltd have made an application on 5th January 2017 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at Spice Lounge, 411 Warrington Road, Culcheth, Warrington, WA3 5SW for the following licensable activities: Live Music (Indoors), Recorded Music (Indoors), Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) and Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises).

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 2nd February 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
