THE HERTFORDSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, BOREHAMWOOD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in Borehamwood as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 19 January 2017, by visiting in person, during normal office hours, the offices of Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood or Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, or viewed on line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by clicking on PTRO's and looking in Hertsmere BC (Under Ref: H/008/16) General enquiries relating to the proposals should be referred to the Highways Engineer concerned Martin Nevill tel: 01992 658272 or martin.nevillehertfordshire.gov.uk Objections to the proposals should be made In writing to Terry Curtis, Postal Point (CHO242), First Floor, East Link Corridor, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Herts SG13 8DN or tro.team@hertfordshire.gov.uk by 9 February 2017 stating the grounds on which they are made. SCHEDULE: No waiting at any time -effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plans- Parts of Lexington Close, Chandos Road, Clarendon Road, Leeming Road, Farrant Way, Organ Hall Road, Cowley Hill, Palmers Road and Gateshead Road.
